Vora Surfaces was founded in 2005 in Foshan, Guangdong — the centre of China's bathroom manufacturing industry. What we make, we make here.
Our workshop runs its own hot-bending line for sintered stone. Basin and countertop are thermoformed from a single slab, so every set leaves the line seamless — no joints, no glue lines.
Next door, the cabinet shop cuts and assembles wall-hung units from moisture-proof boards with soft-close hardware. The mirror line builds and tests each smart LED mirror before it is paired with a vanity.
A dedicated QC lab inspects water tightness, load-bearing and finish on every set, and the packing workshop seals everything into export cartons with wooden frames.
What happens under our roof
- In-house hot-bending line: sintered stone slabs thermoformed into seamless one-piece basins.
- Cabinet workshop: moisture-proof boards, soft-close hinges and drawer systems, cut and assembled on site.
- Smart mirror assembly and testing: LED backlighting, touch control and anti-fog options checked unit by unit.
- QC lab: water, load and finish inspection on every set before packing.
- Export packing workshop: cartons plus wooden frames, with supervised container loading.
